Beginner Reformer Classes Maximum of 4 Clients
Participants are guided through 55 minutes of exercises for a full body workout on the Reformer. This is a great workout for developing core stability, increasing muscle tone overall, and a great stress release.
It is also a way to learn the basics of a reformer workout to put to use in our Open Group schedule(after 5 classes).

Open Group Reformer Workouts Maximum of 4 Clients/group
These workouts are supervised by a Certified Pilates Professional. They are an opportunity to work on your personal program within a small group environment and benefit from feedback. If you are personally motivated and enjoy working out at your own pace, these groups are a great fit for you. By appointment only. Please note the prerequisite is 5 private sessions, Introductory Offer Class or 5 Beginner Reformer Classes.

If you like to have someone plan your workouts and have an appointment time that is more flexible with your schedule, then these sessions are for you.
Semi-Private Session (60min) $75 to $95
A private session for two! This workout is optimal for pairs at similar fitness levels who feel comfortable working together.
