Pilates for Golf: no pilates experience necessary
With golf being a mere 3 months away, NOW is a great time to start preparing the body for your favourite summertime activity! Using pilates mat work to strengthen and mobilize for a better golf swing will be the focus of the class.

Body Ball and Yoga: Relax and Stretch your way to fitness! No experience necessary.
Feeling ease and relief increases your feel good hormones. These help your mind and body relax, sleep better, reduces your pain and makes you more resilient to stress and injury! This amazing workout helps you burn body fat(increases metabolism) and improves your energy simply by using Yoga stretches, Body Ball Therapy and Breath Awareness to deeply relax your Core Inner Body - internal organs, nervous system, brain, immune system, lymphatics, energy meridians - all the good stuff!

Friday Fusion Mat Class : no experience necessary.
The Fusion class is composed of Yoga, Pilates and Body Ball. The Vinyasana style of Yoga gives you flow and flexibility. Pilates Core creates deep strength and Body Ball Therapy releases trigger points and helps you relax.
This is a fun workout that teaches you how to build a strong, healthy, relaxed mind and body.

Private Group Workout
Create your own group (maximum 3) and pick an available time! This is an ideal solution if you have a group that needs a specific time for a workout or if you have a common purpose.
A Certified Pilates Professional teaches the workout and guides the participants through their programs. You will be coached through the development of your skills and assessed on an ongoing basis to determine new exercises. Note: We highly recommend each participant take a minimum of 2 privates to be assessed for personal exercise considerations.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 3 business days prior to the beginning of the session to withdraw from registered classes and receive your registration fee minus a $20
administration charge.
Cancellations with refund are not accepted after classes have begun.
