Cancellation by telephone at 403-478-9099 or via the online scheduling.
Every effort is made to reschedule forgotten appointments on the same day only, without charge; Otherwise, the full cancellation fee applies.

Cancellation Policy for all Classes:

We require 3 business days prior to the beginning of the session to withdraw, in writing, from registered classes and receive your registration fee minus a $25 administration charge.
Cancellations with refund are not accepted after classes have begun.

Cancellation Policy for all Workshops:

We require 5 business days prior to the beginning of the session to withdraw, in writing, from registered workshops and receive your registration fee minus a $75 administration charge.
Cancellations with refund are not accepted after workshops have begun.
