As a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience, Gwen
specializes in combining Deep Tissue Sports Massage with Therapeutic
Myofascial Release and Cranial Sacral Therapy. She is also a certified Hatha
Yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience teaching progressive and
individualized yoga sessions.
With over 20 years of doing bodywork and personally trying many different fitness modalities, Pilates done on the equipment and the mat is the best way I have found to increase your range of movement and strengthen everything. When combined with Yoga, it drastically improves your overall joint health and flexibility. Foam rollers and body balls will also be used to release chronic tension trigger points, improving posture and recovery.
